Purpose (Desired Learning Outcome) 

Following this activity, learners will be able to apply the indications for atrial fibrillation ablation, left atrial appendage closure and ring annuloplasty, and select the correct procedure based on the limitations of minimal access approaches to valve surgery and non-resection approaches to valve repair.
