The AATS Women in Cardiothoracic Leadership Taskforce provides a six-part webinar series focused on women in cardiothoracic leadership. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from and engage with cardiothoracic female surgical experts and leaders in their field. The focus is on interests and recruitment of young and talented women to cardiothoracic surgery (high school, undergraduate, medical school and residency) as well as topics focused for attending and senior surgeons.
